Summary: We had a pleasant experience at this apartment, It was clean and spacious enough for our family of five, The close proximity to supermarkets and restaurants was very convenient, as we could easily grab dinner after a day of skiing, While the decor was a bit rustic, it added to the charm of the farmhouse, Overall, a solid choice for a quiet getaway in the mountains, although we wish there were more dining options within walking distance

Summary: Bij aankomst werden we al opgewacht. Hartelijk ontvangen. Prachtig uitzicht vanuit de vakantiewoning. Net alsof je in een levend schilderijtje kijkt. Uitzicht op koeien en paarden die een rustgevend belgerinkel laten horen. Dagelijks hertjes gezien en zelfs een keer een vos. Veel roofvogels die je in actie kunt zien. Ook is het heel leuk om iets van het boerenleven mee te krijgen. Ze waren nu druk met de voorbereidingen voor de winter. Je mag gebruik maken van de tuin/tuinhuisje en schommel/speeltractor. Als er iets is kun je bij ze terecht. Er wordt ook met regelmaat gevraagd of je iets nodig hebt, maar laten je ook heel vrij. Wasmachine was kapot,maar daar werdt direct actie op genomen en er staat nu een nieuwe. In de omgeving is ontzettend veel te doen met een grote diversiteit. Al een aantal keer geweest in dit gebied en nog steeds niet alles gezien. Het waren wederom 3 heerlijke weken in een sprookjesgebied.

Summary: We had a very good stay in Steingaden, the place is absolutely lovely and the people too. The landscape is very beautiful with green meadows, huge forests and snowy mountains at the back. Our three little boys really enjoyed our stay because they could play outside the house, and there were many animals in the farm. The apartment is very large, clean and perfectly quiet. King Ludwig's castles are nearby, and the Wieskirche; we also went to Munich and Augsburg without difficulty. We recommend this place.

Summary: What an amazing location. The apartment is very well equipped, clean and the owners are very friendly. Would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone. Close to Fussen for King Ludwigs Castles and only a couple of hours from Munich. We had a great holiday here and can't wait to return.

Summary: We had a fantastic week staying at Knittel. We were made to feel very welcome and the owners tried very hard to communicate with us even though we don't speak German and they don't speak English. The apartment is decorated to a very high standard and felt like a true home from home whilst we were there. The balcony is a lovely place to relax and the surroundings are very beautiful.
